International Surf Museum
On my visit to the museum I found a diverse group of collections that ranged from the pioneer days from the "Duke Kahanamoku" to Dick Dales &  Eliminators  surf music collections. A collection of one of the greatest surf film makers "Bruce Brown" who put surfing into the theatres with "Endless Summer".
There was a collection of the evolution of skateboards as well vintage/contemporary surf art. The staff are all volunteers who have a passion to preserve surf history and the life style of surfing. Thanks to the co-founders Ann Beasley & Natalie Kotsch  for making this museum possible and to Gary Sahagen for his tour of the International Surf Museum. The Museum is located at 411 Olive Ave., Huntington Beach, CA 92648 (714) 960-3483 www.surfingmuseum.org
