1 lbs. Fresh fish-cut in med. cubes
(Halibut, Yellowtail, Tuna, or Red Snapper)
1 cup Fresh lime juice
1 t. Cilantro-chopped
1 t. Garlic-grated
1/2 cup Red onion-sliced
1 t. Habanero pepper-puree
(To taste, depends on how spicy you like)
1 T. Salt
1 t. Pepper
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, add spice to taste.
Serve with sweet potatoes and corn on the side.
