Surf City USA sued for the name so they can market the image so when visitors come from far away they can buy into the spirit Surf City USA. Making money off the locals backs when they can barely afford to buy wax. The locals represent surfing in the true way have gotten in the way of corporate Surf City USA. With all the contest & special events closing the beach & parking a mess, everybody is making money off the locals who in the Summer almost get driven away from there local beach so corporate Surf City USA can turn the money machine all Summer day. So if you are ever in HB & you wants to see the best, get out of the stores & off the streets get to the beach & catch a wave because that's simply what it's all about. I hope one day we can get back to surfing in Surf City USA. Look to the West, their you will find the best surfing into the sunset so remember the surfers, Surf City USA .
