Happy Spring Break don't mind the dust Surf City USA is hosting a paintball tournament this weekend. In the years past it was on the Northside & it became quite a disturbance and a mess. Then the Chief of Marine & Safety Kyle Lindo & boys at the community services at the city put it down in front of the hotels for a few years which was wonderful. How is it on spring break that the Chief of Marine & Safety (KYLE LINDO) and Jim Engle at the city 714-536-5495 could agree to put this on our beautiful beach? When I asked questions I found that the Chief of Marine & Safety is on vacation. I believe Surf City USA should be reserved for beach activities surfing & volleyball competitions. I believe City officials are extorting your beach for monetary gain. What are they using the money for??? And the permits that where were applied for by the National Professional Paintball League are to pay for Marine & Safety, Police detail and beach operations. By the way your tax payer dollars pay for those things too. How much longer are you going to sell out your piece of paradise????
Chief Kyle Lindo since taken over the Marine & safety operation he has some interesting times to reflect on. I came to HB in 97' what I have witnessed through the city of HB from the Mayor to the Police Dept. over the years no specific regime or names that their is an accountability problem to best serve their contingents in their city. In most recent years their was an Ocean Force filming on our beach it resulted in the largest amount of drowning's that I can recall since I have been here. Then the following year we had the largest Junior Lifeguard enrollment in the programs history. Which result in the city Marine & safety officers paid with city funds and that use city equipment ie boat, jeeps, and watercrafts which take fuel and mait. & operator costs. Need I remind you your tax dollars hard at work they are also charging the parents some $600.00 for the expense of the marine & safety officers and the equipment. So does that mean they get paid twice once by taxpayer and then by the special permits requested? I think we need fiscal accountability. lets get this right they sell out to a TV program and 5 people die that year, Largest turn out for the Junior lifeguard resulting in the death of a young girl. Now there is blood on the beach, blood in the water, and there is blood on their white button down shirts. There hands are filthy and their directives are not in your best interest, it is in there's. Are their interest motivated by money?

I have been standing up for my right to enjoy the beach my whole life. It is important to remember that you have the right to enjoy this USA, that its your sovereign right in the pursuit for peace, love, & prosperity when people interfere with that check your rights. I stood up for mine here are some examples since my 12 years in HB in pursuit of the perfect wave which some say cant be found here but that is a different story I have had some physical confrontations with some misguided individuals.
Would you believe it, there was no marine & safety officer or cop in sight. 3 of them were old school dinosaurs intimidating everyone on there wave. when I confronted these individuals I found them to be of poor character some were brought up to marine & safety and some to the PD after I had several physical confrontations with these people my suspicions turned out to be true these individuals were later tried and convicted for child molesting. One in particular the brother from another mother comes to town the son of a Baptist mister this character can terrorize the HB community on his longboard even the beloved Rockin Fig was concerned with his board and the direction it went on the wave . The day I confronted George William Carter III, I really reached out to him because I saw he was on the tract to destruction. I first introduced myself to him, his wife, & children as it turned out he was having marital problems. When I saw his wife & 2 girls I promised myself I would try to share everything that I know with this man so I got to know him and found out he was a social worker and he and his wife were separating because of drug use.
I agreed to help him move. After showing up to his apartment I saw he had a chemical problem that caused him to be jittery and agitated due to my personal struggles with my brothers addiction I felt I was ill prepared to go forward. Because going forward would mean sacrificing my freedom because the only way George could be dealt with was hands on. That George was going to go down a long road that led to death, prison, or he was going to kill someone. It turned out a few days later in Feb 05' in a fit of rage & domestic violence he drove his vehicle into his girlfriends house at the same time an interior designer stepped down the stairwell and was pinned and cut in half. George is in prison for murder where he will remain. I have had dozens of small incidence but I wont bore you with them but I will let you know my blood was spilled more than once on this beach. Civil duty is more than voting its being a citizen in a free society and knowing that the cost of freedom is not free.
